Todd G. McKissick, CRE, CFA, CCIM, FRICS - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. McKissick’s expertise includes financial, market, demographic and economic analysis, feasibility of community, public/private, or land development; adaptive reuse and urban redevelopment; strategic asset management; and highest and best use strategies. Mr. McKissick has advised clients on over $40 billion in transactions worldwide.

His business experience includes being the President of McKissick & Company, Inc., a real estate advisory and financial economics consulting firm that advises municipalities, not-for-profit organizations, government agencies, public/private developers, investors, and owners of real property on economic issues that affect the implementation of complex real estate decisions. He also owned his own real estate brokerage firm, serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Realty Logix, Inc., and Vice President of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc. Before serving in these executive roles, Mr. McKissick served as Real Estate Controller for Confederation Life Insurance Company and Senior Financial Analyst for The Yarmouth Group.

Mr. McKissick’s education includes an Associates of Science in Applied Mathematics, a Bachelors of Business Administration, and a Master’s of Science in Real Estate. He is a member of the Society of Real Estate Counselors, holding the Counselor of Real Estate (CRE®) designation; is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, holding the FRICS® designation; is a member of the CCIM Institute, holding the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) designation, and is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research, holding the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation.

Mr. McKissick is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker, an approved Instructor with the Georgia Real Estate Commission, and is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors®. He is an accomplished speaker, guest lecturer, and published author.
