Mr. Cocke is a principal with Cocke, Finkelstein Inc. focusing on acquisition analysis, risk management, financial reporting, and debt and equity placement.

A former investment and merchant banker with Burke Capital Group, he specialized in financial services mergers and acquisitions with an expertise in community banks. He worked on transactions valued at over $2 billion. In addition, Mr. Cocke worked to invest the firm's $30 million private equity and venture capital fund.

Mr. Cocke attended the University of Virginia and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Accounting and Finance.
